About the Role
Kickstart your career in finance. As a Financial Analyst I, you’ll partner with senior team members to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role is designed for recent graduates who want hands-on experience with financial data systems and basic data modeling practices.
What You’ll Do

Build and support financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

Analyze data to uncover trends, variances, and insights that drive decisions

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple systems

Assist in developing and maintaining financial models and reporting tools

Help manage datasets and improve reporting processes

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis to support business partners

Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows and enhance reporting
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

Minimum of 6 credit hours in Accounting preferred

0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or coursework included)

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) Access experience a plus

Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

Familiarity with data concepts (spreadsheets, databases, structured data)

Strong organization, communication, and time management skills

Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
