Summary
The Logistics Financial Analyst provides analytical and operational support to Supply Chain Planning and Warehousing/Transportation Operations Department. This position focuses on monitoring logistics spend, analyzing multiple KPIs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Under the guidance of management, the analyst will ensure financial data accuracy and help optimize logistics cost through data-driven insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly and quarterly logistics expense reports, focusing on freight and warehouse costs.

Assists in preparation of annual logistics budgets and periodic financial forecast

Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), identifying trends, and monitor variance that would have impact on the logistics cost.

Performs variance analysis to explain differences between actual logistics spend to forecasted amount, previous year same period, etc.
Modeling & Strategy:

Maintains and updates financial models used for logistics cost forecasting and simulation
Data Management:

Extract and organize data from ERP Systems and TMS/WMS

Ensure the integrity of logistics financial data for use in executive-level reporting
