Financial Analyst

Hays have partnered with a dynamic new investment firm offering brokerage services within the Forex space. The Firm are seeking a skilled and certified Financial Analyst to join their growing team in Dubai.

This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through deep financial insights and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and performance analysis within the Forex industry.
• Build robust financial models, prepare forecasts, and deliver insightful reports.
• Identify financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to support business strategy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years' experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Market Research.
• CISI Certification (SCA Approved) is Mandatory
• Strong understanding of the UAE financial market and regulatory environment.
• Proven background in the Forex industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Fluent English speaker, Arabic is a plus.
