Financial Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst will support business decision-making by providing detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial data, identifies trends, and provides insights to drive profitability and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor company performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify efficiency improvements and savings opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries for management.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support management in strategic planning, risk assessment, and capital allocation decisions.
• Track key financial indicators and highlight trends or anomalies.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
