Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst / Manager
Industry: NBFC / Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial and portfolio models; perform forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct variance and performance analysis to identify key revenue and cost drivers.
• Prepare and automate financial reports (AUM, yield, CoR, PAT, etc.) and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and product teams to align forecasts and support business reviews.
• Automate reporting processes, develop dashboards, and enhance financial systems (ERP, MIS, data warehouse).
• Support board and investor presentations with performance insights and projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (NBFC/Fintech preferred).
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Macros, Pivot Tables), SQL proficiency; Power BI/Tableau/Python is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and portfolio analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CFA, CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), or FMVA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
