🔍 About the Role

Eaton Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights that drive performance and growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Track financial performance , variances, and key KPIs
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Perform cost analysis and profitability assessments
• Assist with business planning, investment analysis, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams on financial initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environments is an advantage
