Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-based decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights, reports, and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, analyzing variances against actual results
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate trends, performance, risks, and opportunities
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations to business partners and leadership
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate budget assumptions and forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., ERP, FP&A tools)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, or MBA
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Industry-specific financial analysis experience

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
