Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, taxation, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will support financial decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and compliance management while understanding the dynamics of technology-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business expansion.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present insights to management.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Support pricing strategies, project profitability analysis, and ROI evaluation.
• Assist in financial risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) to align financial goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (ACCA / CA Inter / CMA preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• In-depth understanding of taxation, corporate compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent reporting and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience handling international clients or foreign revenue streams.
• Knowledge of IT project costing and SaaS-based revenue models.
• Familiarity with financial automation tools and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of cross-border taxation and compliance (if working with overseas clients).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
