Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting business decision-making through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability analysis
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist in audit preparation and coordination
• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Perform financial modeling and data analysis

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years in Accounts / Finance

Qualification:

• B.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• Additional certifications (CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance) will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
