• Process and investigate payments, stock transfers, checks, and Fed wire disbursements 💸
• Resolve escalated issues and clear outstanding debits
• Handle client correspondence, requests, and account updates 📄
• Meet production and quality standards while following compliance guidelines ✅
• Collaborate with internal teams and support external clients 🤝
• Cross-train across multiple operational functions
