  • Build durable templates and self‑service views; document logic and assumptions to ensure repeatability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years in FP&A, finance, or a quantitatively demanding role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, PivotTables, nested functions; Power Query a plus).
  • Experience working with large datasets and at least one of: ERP (e.g., NetSuite) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving, attention to detail, time management, and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outdoor industry experience or enthusiasm for the category.
  • MBA and/or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
  • Proven success operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and business partnering experience; ability to influence cross‑functionally.
  • Experience with item‑level forecasting and/or data tools (SQL, Python) is a plus.
