Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to manage and oversee the financial aspects of our ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementation project. This role requires experience in financial modules and demonstrable project management abilities to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting throughout the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts supporting the Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Analyze project-related financial data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial requirements into project plans and ensure their effective execution.
• Prepare and present recurring financial reports, including variance analysis, cost tracking, and progress summaries.
• Support adherence to internal controls and financial policies during the implementation phase.
• Assess and address financial risks associated with the project.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a financial business analyst within ERP implementation environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modules and relevant project management tools. (Oracle is a PLUS)
• Capacity to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Experience managing finances for large-scale IT projects.
