Financial Analyst

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• • Prepare monthly reporting
  • Support in preparing monthly financial statements
  • Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid
  • Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures
  • Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity
  • Perform bank account reconciliations
  • Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries
  • Assist in financial statement review
  • Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Strong attention to details
• Analytically minded
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven and self-sufficient
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
