About the Role


As a Financial Analyst at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will

will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team through high-quality financial analysis, accurate reporting, and timely decision-support insights. This role will focus on financial analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to drive informed business decisions and improve operational performance across plant activities.

This is an on-site role requiring regular presence at the plant/office to partner closely with operations teams in Chandler, Arizona.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with cross-functional partners to gather data, analyze results, and support accurate reporting for the entity.

  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cost control

  • Assist with the financial analysis and reporting

  • Provide timely ad hoc analysis and insights to help drive business decisions.

  • Partner with plant teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and improve the speed and accuracy of analytical deliverables.

  • Partner with plant teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and communicate financial insights to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to ongoing company initiatives and process enhancements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 preferred.)

  • Exposure to manufacturing systems, processes, and data-driven KPI analysis

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
