Summary/Objective
The Financial Analyst has primary day-to-day responsibility for making sure the financial accounts are accurate, understood and assisting other departments as a true a financial partner.

- Provide timely periodic and ad hoc financial reporting results to management team, analyze and
- Oversee the monthly consolidation process within the group and deliver a complete analysis of financial
- Responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis of the company
- Develop, deploy, and communicate on-going monitoring of relevant business metrics, across financial
- Assist other department to follow their financial performance and evaluate financials on project and
- Conduct continuous improvement actions and system upgrades to streamline the administrative

Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- BS in accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
- 5 years' experience in financial controlling or equivalent
- Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software
- French speaking is a plus
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Strong Microsoft office competency (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
- Understanding of general ledger coding
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
- Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages.
