Responsibilities

• Analyze and report KPIs to support business decisions
• Perform complex data analysis and interpret financial results
• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models using advanced Excel functions
• Navigate and extract data from large ERP systems
• Support the C-Suite with clear and confident communication of financial insights
• Prepare shareholder-facing reports with the highest attention to detail and accuracy
• Embrace new technology, including Power BI and AI tools, and contribute to forward-thinking projects
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain composure under pressure

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven financial modeling expertise
• Experience working with large ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analytics
• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is essential for shareholder presentations
• Outgoing, communicative personality; comfortable engaging with senior executives
• Ability and willingness to learn Power BI and AI technologies
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage change and pressure effectively
