We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A and Pricing team in New York, NY . This role will support senior leadership by delivering financial insights, performance reporting, and data-driven analysis to guide strategic decision-making across the firm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, building financial reports, and presenting insights through dashboards and presentations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4-5 years of Financial Analyst or FP&A experience
• Legal/Law firm background experience needed
• Strong Financial Analysis & Reporting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, financial models, large datasets)
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Familiarity with Elite 3E or Legal Law firm Softwares.
• Experience with financial analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and present actionable insights
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
