Financial Analyst

Position Description:Responsible for performing fiscal/budget analysis, completing ad-hoc requests, and other miscellaneous duties

The ideal candidate will: (Required)

- Have experience in analysis, forecasting and reporting

- Have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, or business administration OR

- Have a master's degree in business or public administration

- Have 3 or more years’ experience with complex financial/budgetary work

- Highly adaptable and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset

- Utilization of computer-based systems and software including Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Analysis and interpretation of complex data

- Utilization of computer-based systems and software including Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Statistical analysis and theory

- Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy

- Learn and apply increasingly complex concepts, policies, and procedures

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to handle high-stress situations

- Enjoys collaboration including providing and receiving feedback

- Presentation skills including ability to report complex data in simple terms and responding to questions efficiently and cordially

Pay: $26.50 per hour
