Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and performance metrics for real estate divisions and projects.
Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision-making.
Support financing and M&A activities through financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and preparation of investment materials.
Ensure effective coordination and communication between departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve portfolio issues.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses, monitor economic trends, and assist team members and junior analysts as needed.
