  Key Responsibilities:

   Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and performance metrics for real estate divisions and projects.
  </li>

   Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision-making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support financing and M&amp;A activities through financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and preparation of investment materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure effective coordination and communication between departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve portfolio issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct ad-hoc analyses, monitor economic trends, and assist team members and junior analysts as needed.
  </li>
 </ul>

  Qualifications:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, Real estate
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent business English.
  </li>
