You will experience an international work environment with lean management. The Peter Lang headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, are the central hub for management and administration. The rest of our team is based in continental Europe, Anglo-American regions, and Asia with offices in Berlin, Brussels, Chennai, New York and Oxford, and supporting locations in Istanbul, Madrid, Vienna and Warsaw.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Financial Analyst Associate to join our growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly global environment, with exposure to diverse markets and business operations. As part of our finance team, you will play a key role in shaping strategic decisions through management reporting, cash flow analysis, cost monitoring, and treasury support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain management reports, including MIS, cash flow statements, cost analysis, and treasury position updates.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage professional email communication related to financial and operational matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional qualification: CA, CMA, or CWA.
• Proficiency in SAP and Xero accounting software.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and treasury operations.
• Experience in working within multinational or cross-cultural teams.
