Job Description:

The Entry-Level Financial Analyst at Sundus Global in Riyadh supports the finance department through data-driven analysis, reporting, and financial planning tasks. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who have a strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The role offers a valuable opportunity to develop technical and analytical skills in a professional, growth-oriented environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities by gathering and validating data.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends or discrepancies in financial results.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews by providing key data insights.
  • Help maintain and update financial models and dashboards using Excel or other analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management decision-making.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by compiling relevant financial data.
  • Monitor key financial indicators to support business performance and strategic planning.
  • Generate ad hoc analytical reports as requested by management.


Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships or academic projects in financial analysis are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling tools or software (Ramco) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, and business metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
