The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst, FP&A
to support financial planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive data-driven decisions and provide visibility into company performance.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning

Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, and operating expenses

Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
Business Partnering & Analysis

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support business decisions

Analyze performance trends and provide insights on variances vs. plan
-
Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
Reporting & Insights

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership

Build dashboards and reports to track performance across the business

Translate data into clear, actionable insights
Process & Systems

Support development and improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools

Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems

Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
Who You Are
-
2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or related field
-
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
-
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, benefits, or subscription-based business models

Exposure to SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline, revenue forecasting)

Experience with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, or BI platforms
