What you’ll do: 📊

• Support financial & operational board decks
• Own key processes (revenue recognition, physician comp)
• Build forecasts, models, and ad hoc analysis
• Partner with operations & revenue cycle teams
• Deliver insights through scenario & sensitivity modeling

What you bring: 🎯

• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• PE/VC‑backed experience preferred
• Advanced Excel & SQL (Adaptive Planning a plus)
• Confident communicator; curious, proactive, and eager to learn
