Financial Analyst - Semiconductor Manufacturing Business Unit

Location: Beverly, MA (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH, flexible scheduling)

Are you a finance professional who thrives on analyzing complex operations and driving business performance? We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join a dynamic manufacturing team, partnering with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership to deliver actionable insights and maintain strong financial controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Support capital investment decisions, cost accounting, and inventory management to optimize financial outcomes.
• Build and deliver reports and dashboards that provide leaders with clear, data-driven insights.
• Collaborate across functions to review budgets, track actuals versus forecasts, and investigate variances.
• Ensure internal controls are robust and aligned with regulatory compliance standards.
• Participate in standard cost reviews and month-end close activities to drive accurate financial reporting.
• Advise Operations on key performance indicators and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and planning, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, cost accounting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in Excel with experience using ERP systems such as ORACLE or SAP.
• Skilled at presenting financial insights to non-finance teams with clarity and impact.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
