Objective:
This role is primarily responsible for developing, supporting, and executing asset management and business development activities within Private Equities.
Key Routine Tasks:

Maintain, Monitor, analyze and report information relating to portfolio companies including their performance, financial indicators, relevant industry data, and peer group analysis

Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive financial models for the portfolio of existing investments and new investment opportunities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports whenever required

Actively support existing projects / assets by being involved in specific tasks and responsibilities

Proactively identify, develop, and lead investment projects and opportunities

Evaluate the feasibility of projects/investment opportunities - including conducting market studies, performing research and analysis, identifying risks and returns, conducting valuations, managing due diligence, and leading negotiations

Conduct financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reports

Liaise with bankers, shareholders to channelize the company funds effectively and with organization’s lawyers to determine legal and taxation consequences of alternative structures for proposed investments

Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and advise respective Investment Manager on economic trends and investment

Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as required

Work Experience / Knowledge:

0- 3 years for Financial Analyst and minimum 3 years for Senior financial Analyst of work experience in investment, finance, or accounting.
Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
