ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Financial Auditor to join our team in Qatar. This role demands a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and procedures according to industry standards. As a Financial Auditor, you will perform rigorous evaluations and audits, contributing to the company's financial integrity.

Prepare the annual audit plan based on risk for management, submit it to the Director for approval, and prepare audit result reports.

Monitor compliance with the implementation of laws, regulations, and decisions governing the work.

Review financial instructions, propose necessary amendments, and monitor their implementation.

Monitor financial and accounting activities, disbursement documents, and recording procedures in accounting records, ensuring compliance with approved rules.

Assess risks related to financial and administrative auditing and propose mitigation measures.

Follow up on required corrective actions from concerned administrative units based on audit results, and prepare periodic reports.

Ensure accuracy of record-keeping and the integrity of applied procedures.

Follow up on the results of internal and external audit reports and provide appropriate recommendations.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in finance and auditing, complemented by acute analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or Business Administration.

Certification as a CPA or CIA is an Advantage.

Proven experience as a Financial Auditor with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.

Preference for candidates with good experience in financial and accounting work related to Government.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Native Arabic (spoken & written).

Good command of English (spoken & written).
