Job Overview

Pecbr LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in auditing, compliance, risk assessment, and financial reporting.

The Financial Auditor will be responsible for evaluating financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks, and supporting improvements in internal controls and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits and reviews of accounting records and transactions.
• Assess internal controls, compliance procedures, and risk management practices.
• Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Review financial statements and verify accuracy of supporting documentation.
• Assist in fraud prevention, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Collaborate with departments to strengthen financial governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• Proven experience in auditing, compliance, or financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and audit tools.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
