<Job Summary>

<Duties>

• Assist clients with mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance strategies, and regulatory reporting requirements such as IFRS, GAAP, IAS, ASC 606, and COSO standards.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and interpret complex data to support management in profit & loss analysis, fiscal management, and strategic planning.
• Oversee compliance with SOX controls and other regulatory frameworks while ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.

<Skills>

• Strong expertise in financial concepts such as risk analysis, revenue cycle management, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with financial software tools for analysis, reporting, and forecasting; experience with GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards is essential.
• Deep understanding of corporate accounting practices including non-profit accounting, governmental accounting, and supply chain finance.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams or managing projects related to financial management or business analysis.
• Excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation to communicate complex insights clearly to senior leadership or clients.
• Expertise in strategic planning, business development, negotiation, and risk management to drive organizational growth.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and COSO internal control frameworks for compliance assurance. Pay: $68,875.81 - $85,000.00 per year
