Financial Controller

• Oversee and review all company financial policies, procedures, and record-keeping and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial trends and performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and monitor the hotel's operating budgets.
• Monitor the customer credit and collections process.
• Ensure accuracy of hotel revenue reporting.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
• Oversee and manage inventory and cost control processes.
• Develop and administer payroll and other financial processes.
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors on all financial matters.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data and documents.
• Handle any other relevant financial tasks or projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in similar position in Hotels in Dubai.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with IDS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in filing DTCM reports
• Understanding of hospitality or hotel operations.
