Financial Controller

B&B Consultants is seeking a highly capable and experienced Financial Controller to join our progressive organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can manage all financial operations and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Reporting:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare and publish timely financial statements.
• Lead the reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger maintenance.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare detailed budget forecasts and monitor expenses.
• Analyze the company’s financial health and liquidity, and report on key metrics.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management, offering strategic recommendations for future action.

Compliance & Operations:

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance.
• Manage the debt collection process.
• Ensure timely payments and efficient cash flow.
• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2-3 years in UAE.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
