Financial Controller

The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant for the role of Financial Controller. You will be responsible for designing and implementing financial policies and internal controls across our group of businesses in the retail, apparel, and fashion sectors.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 12-15 years of progressive post-qualification experience in a corporate environment.
• A minimum of 7+ years in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or similar leadership role, with responsibility for a group of companies or multi-entity operations.
• Proven, hands-on experience in designing and implementing Internal Control Procedures (ICPs).
• SAP Savvy: Must be a proficient and experienced user of SAP ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in group consolidations and statutory reporting.

Desirable:

• Experience in the retail, apparel, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
• Exposure to international/MNC reporting standards and environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse business units.
