We manage a portfolio of office buildings across the U.S., and we’re looking for a sharp, strategic financial expert to oversee and elevate our financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, cash flow, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Manage a team of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive leadership, lenders and investors
• Collaborate with asset managers, leasing, and operations to align financial strategy with business goals
• Prepare for and manage audits and tax filings in partnership with external firms
• Implement financial systems and process improvements to support scale

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate (commercial/office preferred)
• Deep understanding of real estate financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and lease accounting
• Proficiency with property management/accounting software (Yardi)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
