Role Overview

The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage internal controls, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on financial processes.
• Implement financial systems and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
