CoMax is a fast-paced growing Oral Surgery practice within Colorado Springs. We have an opening for a full-time Financial Coordinator to complete our team. We promote continuing education, cross training, and an encouraging environment for all employees.

Financial Coordinator Duties Include:

• Coordinate insurance verification based on patient's treatment plan
• Collect patient portion of treatment plan
• Address any discrepancies or questions that may arise before, during or after the patient's treatment
• Post ADA and CPT charges to patient's ledger for billing to insurance carriers
• Schedule surgery and follow up appointments
• Check in patients for consultation, surgery or post-operative follow up
• Other administrative functions as assigned, including covering task for other employees while they are out of the office
• Comply with all regulatory requirements such as OSHA, HIPAA

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Dental experience is a plus
• BLS is preferred but not required

Salary will be determined by experience and there is always room to grow.
