Job Summary
Spring Orthodontics is growing and we are searching for an orthodontic financial coordinator that is looking to make a long term commitment to our team. We are looking for someone who is positive, caring, and a helpful team member contributing to a fun, friendly office culture. Responsibilities will include:

• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits before treatment
• Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Track claim status and follow up on unpaid claims
• Collect down payments and set up recurring payments
• Ensure all documents are signed and compliant

Duties

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including insurance payments,
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners
