Experience & Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance benefits and explain coverage and financial details clearly and compassionately.

Review treatment fees, payment options, and create customized payment plans for patients and families.

Assist families with understanding treatment costs and financial responsibilities prior to beginning care.

Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records in the practice management system.

Work collaboratively with the front desk, clinical team, and scheduling staff to support seamless patient experiences.

Communicate professionally with patients regarding billing questions, insurance claims, and account status.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental or medical financial coordination or patient billing preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-centered approach.

Comfort discussing financial arrangements and insurance coverage with patients and families.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Proficiency with practice management software and standard office technology.
