Financial Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on driving performance across a diverse asset portfolio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights and contributing to strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analyst:

• Collect financial and operational data related to company assets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure quality and consistency across all assets.

KPI development and performance analysis:

• Develop, track, and maintain asset-level KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, GOP margin, and EBITDA.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Development, and other teams to ensure KPIs reflect business objectives.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the asset portfolio and provide actionable insights.

Reporting and dashboard:

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor asset performance (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance packs for management review.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured format for decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, FMVA, CMA.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the KSA region.
• Experience in asset performance analysis, ideally in hospitality or real estate, is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment.
