Main Responsibilities

• Support financial impact analyses of strategic initiatives and business decisions,
• Conduct scenario modeling and profitability simulations to guide management actions,
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insight to business units,
• Analyze product, channel, and segment-level performance in Non-Life insurance lines,
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards summarizing key business and financial KPIs,
• Assist in market and competitor analysis to identify growth and improvement opportunities,
• Contribute to developing financial tools and models that enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in audit, consulting, or financial analysis (preferably in Big Four),
• Familiarity with the insurance sector and understanding of Non-Life insurance financial statements,
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, Power BI , or similar tools,
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling,
• Solid communication skills and ability to present complex analysis clearly,
• Fluent in English,
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and curious mindset.
