About Us

Mad Parfumeur is one of the leading players in the Turkish perfume and cosmetics industry. We are looking for a talented business analyst to join our team in Istanbul. This position will play a key role in managing digital transformation, e-commerce, and ERP projects, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions aligned with our company’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation, e-commerce, and ERP projects across the organization

• Analyze business unit requests, clarify requirements, and translate them into business and technical documentation

• Collaborate with development teams to design solutions, build workflows, and create process models

• Organize and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and report results

• Track project progress and ensure risk and dependency management

• Lead Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Maintain effective communication, reporting, and information flow among project stakeholders

• Contribute to project closure reports, user training, and operational integration processes


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis

• Experience in end-to-end IT project processes: analysis, planning, testing, and go-live

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies

• Strong skills in gathering requirements, business process analysis, and documentation

• Technical understanding sufficient for coordinating with software teams (preferably experience with API, SQL, Postman, Jira)

• Experience in ERP, e-commerce, or warehouse management system (WMS) projects is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities

• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented approach, and strong follow-up skills

• Preferably holding one of the following certifications: PMP®, CAPM®, PRINCE2®, PSM-I / PSPO (Scrum.org), CBAP®, CCBA® (IIBA), or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt

• For male candidates, completion of military service is required
