About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Financial head to lead financial consulting, planning, and advisory initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate finance, governance, and strategic decision-making, with the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable business insights.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop financial models, design business strategies, and strengthen the company’s long-term financial position through informed and sustainable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including DCF, ROI, and scenario-based analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights and advisory support to senior leadership for key business decisions.
• Lead financial consulting engagements and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
• Build executive dashboards and performance scorecards to enhance data-driven management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations while driving cost optimization and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or senior financial management.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategic advisory, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics platforms.
