Financial Operations Manager

360 Wraps is a national fleet graphics and vehicle wrap company operating in a project-driven production environment.

We are hiring a Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of our accounting accuracy, job costing discipline, margin visibility, and cash flow control.

This is a hands-on role.

You will manage day-to-day accounting execution while strengthening and improving the financial systems that support a multi-department production business.

You will report directly to the CEO and are expected to operate independently.

This role is designed for someone who can step in, assess what exists, and improve it — without needing to be built from scratch.

What You Will Own

  • Accurate job costing from estimate through final invoice
  • Gross margin reporting by project and department
  • Accounts receivable discipline and aging control
  • Accounts payable structure and payment timing
  • Monthly financial close accuracy
  • 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Chart of accounts structure and coding discipline
  • Financial reporting that supports operational decision-making

You will evaluate current processes and implement practical improvements.

You will perform the work and improve the system at the same time.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must have:

  • 5–8 years experience in accounting or financial management
  • Direct experience in a project-based, production, construction, or manufacturing business
  • Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency (job costing required)
  • Experience building or managing job cost tracking
  • Experience managing AR and reducing aging
  • Experience creating cash flow forecasts
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling ability
  • Experience improving financial processes in a growing company

If your background is primarily bookkeeping or transactional AR/AP support, this role will not be a fit.

If your background is primarily corporate-level strategy with a finance team under you, this role may feel too hands-on.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Deliver accurate job-level margin visibility
  • Improve AR collection timelines
  • Provide predictable cash flow forecasting
  • Reduce financial errors and coding inconsistencies
  • Identify and correct margin leakage
  • Provide leadership with clear, decision-ready reporting

Work Style & Expectations

This role requires someone who:

  • Thinks in systems, not tasks
  • Is comfortable challenging inefficient spending
  • Protects margin through discipline
  • Operates without daily supervision
  • Communicates financial reality clearly and directly
  • Balances detail with operational understanding

You must be confident enough to push back when numbers do not make sense.

You must be disciplined enough to execute consistently.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and scope.
Performance-based incentives tied to measurable financial improvements.

Application Requirements (Mandatory)

To be considered, applicants must provide:

  • Example of a job costing system you managed or improved.
  • Description of how you improved AR performance in a previous role.
  • Example of a cash flow forecast you built or maintained.
  • Explanation of how you identify margin leakage in a project-based business.
  • The size and type of business you have supported most recently.

Incomplete or vague submissions will not be reviewed.

Final Note

This role is ideal for a strong operational finance professional who wants ownership of the function inside a growing production company.

If you are capable of building structure while remaining hands-on, we would like to speak with you.
