Billing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and ensure their accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will oversee the entire billing process, coordinate with various departments, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. Your expertise in financial concepts, accounting software, and regulatory standards will drive the success of our operations. Duties

• Process and distribute monthly invoices to our 3,000 clients.
• Process and post credit card and ACH transactions using our payment processing systems and accounting software.
• Reconcile receivables.
• Calculate and prepare monthly commission payments
• Serve as contact and facilitator of client payment and billing questions. Utilize Customer Relationship Management applications to capture and coordinate all client inquiries.
• Work independently and exercise good judgment when making decisions to resolve inquiries and meet customer service standards.
• Analyze, research and respond to telephone and email inquiries. Work as a team member to ensure phones and emails are covered during production hours and all client inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Understand and articulate to clients the documents and data requirements for them to enroll in our services.
• Utilize systems and tools made available to pull reports and reconcile client activity.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable/payable processes, account reconciliation, and journal entries
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for account analysis and data entry accuracy
• Excellent customer service mentality and skills
• Strong math skills including 10-key typing for efficient data entry
• Exceptional phone etiquette for communication with clients and internal teams

Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
