pladis is looking for Financial Operations Specialist for our pladis Türkiye Finance Team.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Managing customer onboarding and offboarding approval processes and ensuring the required system entries are completed,
• Tracking customer contracts and providing support to legal processes regarding financial matters related to sales operations,
• Managing approval processes for customer working conditions, ensuring accurate system entries and performing regular controls,
• Ensuring that financial operation records related to customers (returns, activities, bonuses, etc.) are created by the relevant teams and verifying their accuracy,
• Managing activity and bonus processes: tracking approval hierarchies, creating bonuses, allocating bonus and activity provisions, and controlling and approving activities,
• Monitoring the entry of sales prices into the system and performing regular accuracy checks,
• Providing necessary data and documentation support to internal and external audit teams,
• Supporting reporting processes in line with the financial closing and early closing timelines,
• Tracking reconciliation reports and managing KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) processes,
• Monitoring and controlling return and sales processes related to direct‑to‑name shipments and ensuring accurate recording.

What do you need for this role?

• At least 3 years of experience in the related areas,
• Proficient in the uniform chart of accounts,
• Actively using SAP FI, MM and SD modules,
• Good at using MS Office (Excel) programs,
• High reporting skills,
• Close to teamwork, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, solution-oriented,
• Loving the profession, improving themselves, closely following the legislation,
• Fluent in English
