We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist/Senior Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul, for CoreX Metals & Mining .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, company valuation, transaction services, or corporate finance.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, including building and analyzing three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow), DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, including WACC, DCF, EBITDA multiples, and their application to various asset classes and industries.
• Experience in financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and developing financial forecasts.
• Proficiency in financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, with experience in building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to analyze and trace financial data across multiple accounts.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain financial models (including three-statement models, DCF, sensitivity, and scenario analysis) to assess and forecast financial performance.
• Perform detailed technical and financial analysis of companies, assets, and investments, interpreting and analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Review due diligence reports for potential investments, providing analysis and actionable insights.
• Conduct market and industry research to assess financial performance, economic trends, and comparable company valuations.
• Assist in pre-due diligence activities, evaluating assets and preparing financial reports on findings.
• Update and refine financial models regularly, reflecting changes in business conditions, market dynamics, and financial strategies.
• Provide financial analysis to support company valuations, asset evaluations, and transaction-related decisions.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations, memorandums, and reports for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior finance team members to support ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and business decision-making.
