Our client, one of the leading MNC Industrial Manufacturing company is looking to hire a FP&A Analyst based in UAE, reporting directly to Regional FP&A Manager.
Note:
The incumbent should have 5-7 + years of experience in a reputed / Multinational manufacturing company with excellent English communication skills working as a FP&A Analyst. Budget – AED 15K - 20K + standard benefits. The role has flexibility to work hybrid.
Role Description: FP&A Analyst
Purpose
The FP&A Analyst reports to the Regional FP&A Manager and is responsible for providing management with key information on actual results, including forward-looking analysis and reports. The role will deliver financial insight to support the business and finance in driving performance.
Key Responsibilities

Produce standard and ad hoc reports, including variance analysis and relevant, insightful and accurate commentary.

Conduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions.

Monitor performance and provide regular insight into the drivers of performance, highlighting opportunities to maximize growth.

Provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management and analytics to understand and drive business performance.

Create and maintain dashboards and standard management packs.

Ensure budget, forecasting, business review, and other management reporting deadlines are met.

Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis, as required, to support decision making.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures.

Ensure documentation of relevant processes is created and maintained.

Support internal and external audit queries.
Skills & Experience
-
Commercial finance acumen, with preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations.

Preferably working towards professional finance qualifications.

Experience as a finance analyst preferable, including experience with operational planning, PB&F processes, management reporting, scenario analysis and modelling.

Experience working with large / complex datasets to run analysis and create reports.
