Financial Reporting Accountant

We’re Hiring: Financial Reporting – Shared Services

📍 Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a Financial Reporting professional to join the Shared Services Department at Dubai Silicon Oasis . This role will play a key part in management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making and cost optimisation across business units.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead management accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities
• Handle revenue, expense, and CapEx processes, including IFRS 16 leasing accounting
• Prepare and consolidate monthly and year‑end financial statements
• Perform GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting
• Support feasibility studies, financial business cases, and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure IFRS compliance
• Provide financial insights to senior management to support decision‑making

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in financial reporting and management accounting
• Experience with budgeting, consolidation, GL analysis, and IFRS standards
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills
• Prior experience in shared services, real estate, or large organisations is an advantage
