Financial Reporting & Controls Manager

Responsibilities

Supervise the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, monthly accounting reports, and internal dashboards for senior management.
Oversee the financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate recording, classification, and consolidation of financial data across STA.
Monitor STA's financial performance against business objectives, including revenue, profitability, and cash flow, and provide actionable insights.
Lead the development and delivery of ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support decision-making across departments.
Review and validate expenditure reports to identify inefficiencies, recommend cost optimization strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data integration between financial systems such as Oracle, Etimad, and others.
Manage internal control activities, including periodic audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain data integrity and mitigate financial risks.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to financial policies, reporting standards, and best practices.
Perform other activities as and when required.
الإشراف على إعداد ودقة البيانات المالية والتقارير المحاسبية الشهرية ولوحات المعلومات الداخلية للإدارة العليا.
الإشراف على أنظمة التقارير المالية لضمان التسجيل والتصنيف والتجميع الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للبيانات المالية عبر الهيئة السعودية للسياحة (STA).
مراقبة الأداء المالي للهيئة السعودية للسياحة مقابل الأهداف التجارية بما في ذلك الإيرادات والربحية والتدفق النقدي وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
قيادة تطوير وتقديم التقارير والتحليلات المالية الخاصة لدعم اتخاذ القرار عبر الإدارات.
مراجعة واعتماد تقارير المصروفات لتحديد أوجه القصور والتوصية باستراتيجيات تحسين التكاليف وضمان الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية.
التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تكامل البيانات بدقة بين الأنظمة المالية مثل Oracle وEtimad وغيرها.
إدارة أنشطة الرقابة الداخلية بما في ذلك التدقيقات الدورية والمطابقات وتحليل الفروقات للحفاظ على سلامة البيانات وتقليل المخاطر المالية.
تقديم التوجيه والدعم لأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات المالية ومعايير التقارير وأفضل الممارسات.
أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
