About the role
This position will support the preparation and reporting of Group consolidated financial statements, supplementary footnotes and management reports in line with Diageo Group Accounting Standards, IFRS and Turkish Trade Law principles.
The role will work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager, Group Financial Reporting Team, FP&A and other finance functions, contributing to reporting accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.
Role Responsibilities
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages in line with Group and local requirements
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes and management reports
Support variance and comparative analyses (actual vs forecast / prior periods) and preparation of related explanations
Assist in pre- and post-closing analytical reviews and account reconciliations
Support the operation and documentation of financial reporting controls
Support CARM processes, internal controls and audit activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Experience / skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years of experience in audit, financial reporting or related finance roles
intermediate knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and develop within a financial reporting environment
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
