We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.


QUALIFICATION


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. CPA (SMMM) certification is a must
  • 10+ years experience in the financial control & reporting field, with a minimum 4-5 years in an audit company, consolidation experience is a plus
  • Have knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and Tax law
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Logo)
  • Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office and Financial software and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently, good time management and well-organized
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Prepare&review both stand alone and monthly consolidated financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics in accordance with IFRS and management reporting rules
  • Prepare&review quarterly IFRS financials with IAS29 applications related to inflation, audited year-end TCC reports
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and control the statutory trial balance, control & make insights about R&D accounting, VAT position and corporate income tax calculations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely completion of audits
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare and present financial plans to senior management
  • Give contribution to prepare Cash-Flow budgets, actual cash-flow analysis on a daily basis and closely monitor collections and payments with the finance team
  • Monitor and control Opex and Capex spending, support investment evaluations and ensure cost discipline
  • Review the balance sheet and control for any aged receivables and overall control over the items on the balance sheet
  • Be the key contact for the developments in ERP system for integrations
  • Support the team with any relations and reportings to legal authorities (e.g, TCMB, TUİK)
  • Collaborate closely with all business functions to provide financial insights
