Financial Reporting Supervisor

We are looking for a team-mate to work as a “Financial Reporting Supervisor” in our Head Office located in İstanbul with the following qualifications ;

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative, Science departments from a reputable university,
• Min. 4 years of experience in one of the big 4 audit firms,
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English,
• Consolidation experience is required,
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, interaction and negotiation skills,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills,
• SAP experience, CPA or CFA degree/nomination is a plus,

Job Description

• Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS and TFRS,
• Performing yearly reporting of BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency),
• Performing quarterly financial statements analytical reviews at consolidated level and reporting to the top management,
• Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors and financial institutions,
• Preparing management reports with regard to projects and segment performances,
• Following up the organizational changes within the Group (merger, acquisitions, sales etc.) and application of the changes on the financial statements,
• Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, tenders, national and international organizations),
• Providing assistance for monitoring the covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed.
